The needle trigger / grey thingy didn’t work. Once I pulled it off from the orange bit it failed to position the needle and didn’t work.I watched a video on YouTube and it seemed really easy but it didn’t work.

Very esasy to use with clear instructions. Test completed inside five minutes and delighted to know that all is as it should be. Very reassuring

Sheerness of this product is commendable and its easy to use. You get result in 10 mins.

I found this fairly easy to use, however after following the instructions to the letter the test was faulty and I didn't get a control line. Feel like this was a complete waste of time and money.
