Hair Color Spray [Blue Black]

I give it 2 stars because it does in fact color your hair and will last the day.I would not use it again because it does NOT dry. It will rub off on anything your hair touches. It does wash out with soap and water fortunately, but to wash it out at the end of the day took thoroughly washing my hair 4 times.
