very Beautiful plate mats( 4) that is made really well and you use on bothside just use a damp towel to clean it look great on any table setting will buy a second setin a different color it very bright and true to it color it AND it come in 4 colors it hold heat so your table stay safemy platemats is blue & gray and made out of Vinyl and it stain resistant love the woven pattern worth the price

These are not non-slip. They move around too much, it is impossible to use them as placemats. Plus, the color is way off, it is nothing like in seller's photos. They are much, much darker. Other than that, they look pretty nice. But, they are useless to me.I have to add, because it was a nice surprise, these were packed really nicely, for a change. They came in a box ( !!! ), so they were protected, plus laying flat, so they didn't get damaged/creased/cracked/scratched. There was even some protective stuff inside. It's unfortunate, though, that this comes as a "nice surprise", instead of being a regular practice...

These placemats have a protective clear backing that should be pulled off, making them slip-proof. None of the other reviews mentioned this so I hope people see my review because the placemats lay down flatter once the clear backing is removed. I'm so impressed with the durability at such a low price! They even include a free beautifully embroidered doily that you can place your coffee cup on - or a beautiful clear vase that showcases the beauty of the embroidery. I ordered two packs of placemats so I received two of them - gorgeous! I'd give it six stars, if it was possible!

These harmonized with my dining room, which is why I ordered them. They’re plastic instead of cloth, which may not be apparent from the listing. I would have preferred cloth, but plastic is admittedly more practical. They function well, and we’re pleased.

Bought to have some red accents for Christmas and I could use year round. These were perfect..they good and are easy to clean.
