Super surprised... saw it advertised on Facebook and was skeptical on buying cause of the people that used the laugh emoji kinda making fun of it... went on amazon read enough reviews to convince me to try to.. and I’m super surprised. Comes with the ab pad and two for your arms.. 3 little controllers that click on to them ( will have to charge first!) charging them take about an 1hour so can charge all 3 at once... they say to leave it on for 30 minutes.. on my abs I go over an hour at least.. I wear while working out and sometimes just put it on when not working out. And I’m actually really impressed, Helps tone your stomach out faster. Definitely shows results after a week or two. The remotes can be set to 6 different parts for the body ... They have an instensity level that’s go 1-9 ... and I’m super impressed with this product lot better than I could of Ever imagined really glad I gave it a try. Sticky ness is not the best after the first use gotta run them under a little water and get it to help them stick. But other than that I’m super happy and impressed by this product ...Also the ones that go on your arm you can obviously put anywhere.. that being said. Put them on your girlfriend or wife or whatever and it definitely makes sex little more intense with the vibrations being put near certain locations ;)All around great product and super impressed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I just bought this so I can’t say whether it is effective or not. It can be a bit uncomfortable at the highest levels but at the lower levels, they’re very tolerable. I’ll update after a month or so with before and after pics.

Came with three devices to control the pulses. There is a big pad for the abs and two smaller pads that can be placed pretty much anywhere. It also had a charging cable to charge all three devices simultaneously and replacement adhesive gels.It was a bit intimidating at first but I finally got the hang of it. I could definitely feel the pulses it was sending.

I used this today when I worked out. I could feel it on my stomach when I was using it. It came with a sticky adhesive to hold it to your stomach, and their was some spare tapes to use later. I am not sure if the technology will actually result in improved abs, but I will plan to use this everyday. All I can say is that it does what it says. I do not know if I will actually see any improvements in my muscle definition, but it does what I expect

This does not last very long. Also, if you dont put it on right it will shock you. Once the adhesive fades, it has tendency to shock you more often. It is not very flexible, unless you have massive muscle you wont really feel any thing. I am returning this product.

This is very easy to use and provides very strong and weak muscle contractions...i had a "frozen" shoulder with a lot of pain. I used this to exercise the shoulder and strengthen the front and rear deltoids. It was surprisingly effective and helped bring my shoulder back to normal usage....i know there are some some much more expensive units on the market and i researched them, but i couldnt find a reason to justify the excessive price for the same function...this is a great value and very effective

I gave this 4 stars because I haven’t used it much. I just got it out of the box and have it on for the first time. I’m not expecting an easy fix for my stomach area but I’m hoping that using this in addition to the exercise and abs workouts I’ve already been doing that this will help a little more. Everything came in the box as described. There was also a “How To Guide Included”.I have the product on now. It feels like a small pinch but nothing painful. When I first turned it on it felt weird because I wasn’t used to it but I’m not feeling any discomfort. I only plan to use it for 30 minutes as recommended in the guide.My plan is to update this post in the future after I have been able to use it more.

It arrived today and I used it for the first time. I could definitely feel it working on my muscles. I work out 6 times a week for an hour and a half each time. Between my protein shakes, my workouts and adding this in, I am confident I am going to see really good results. The ab stimulator pulses your abs, causing them to tighten up for about 5 seconds and then gives you a 1-second break. The armbands pulsate every other second and cause your arms to twitch. Came quick, everything works and it was better than I expected!
