There’s a comment with a dodgy picture attached that states it says in the instructions that it isn’t suitable for pregnant women which almost made me not want to buy the product but luckily I chose to ignore the comment and buy this product anyway. I have received the product and it doesn’t say anywhere in the instructions that it’s not suitable for pregnant women. It’s a great product and great value for money!

Love this support band . I am pregnant and started having back pain so decided to purchase and have no regrets so far. It comes in two parts and I wear the bottom part to work as help with tummy weight plus I think it can reduce stretch mark as support tummy weight . My pix is not the best as there wasn't any manual and I didn't know how to wear it at first lol .Would recommend.

Absolute back saver and amazingly helps my pelvic pain too, my midwife warned me to get one of these as I had damaged my back a year previously (bulge in disc) and it could flare up again with siatica and cause trouble. This has helped tremendously, I started using it before pain turned up again when my bump started to show, I've noticed it does correct my posture which is apparently what is the culprit to pregnancy back pain. It comes in 3 parts and mine did come with instructions, though it is imperative that it is put on correctly- if in doubt or you think it isn't working talk with your midwife who will refer you to physiotherapist, which may also be needed if this girdle is, I'm only just needing physio now and have only 9 weeks left, this product has definitely delayed my back pain and made pregnant life easier.

Usually work in an active lab job, but put on desk duties whilst pregnant for safety reasons. Sitting all day at desk and just getting bigger in general made my back ache whether I sat, stood or walked nothing helped the back pain. My type of pain felt more like my ribs were being pushed outward and rubbing on something near my rib cage but only on one side at the back.Started wearing this (which wasn’t hard to figure out how to put on btw) and all my problems disappeared. No more discomfort and back pain sitting, standing or walking. Found I could do more housework without getting sore or tired too quickly. Also my instructions didn’t say pregnant women shouldn’t use them.I’d recommend to anyone who’s pregnant and having any pain or discomfort, it just helps support the weight and hugs your body snugley while your ribs are moved to accommodate bump.

Don’t often write reviews but thought it was worth taking the time out my day so say how good I have found this item. This has been worth every penny. Especially towards the last 2/3 months of my pregnancy this has made getting about so much more comfortable, I have been able to stay active where if I didn’t have it I don’t think I could have without discomfort. Highly recommend.

This belt meant that i could get out and about for long trips. My pelvis needed extra support as my bump got massive very quickly!I even got to a music festival & could boogie for 2 days.My only issue was that the velcro eventually got less effective on the fastening.It was great for wearing over a thin layer of fabric to protect your skin and it was easily disguised by a scarf/wrap around it.It took a medium belt up until my 7th month of pregnancy. (I’m usually a 28/30 inch waist)

I loved the belt. It really helped with my pregnancy hip pain and SPD. My physio therapist recommended the belt and I wasn't disappointed. I wore it everyday, I would loosen it if I was sitting or driving then tighten it when needed. I would recommend getting one - it's been really helpful for me.

This support belt in my view deserves 5 stars, I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and suffer with spd, pelvic pain I can cope with but my back is ridiculous with pain, I couldn't even bend down to put my 1 year old son in his cot let alone pick something up off the floor without crippling pain. This belt has truly given me so much support, it's so comfortable to wear and fits great, I got a large so I can adjust it if needed. I can easily get off the sofa without struggling now so I am more than pleased with the product. I wear it for best part of the day, since my back ache is easing now I will wear it less as it's not good to get dependant on it.
