Crayola Art Smock for Kids, Painting Supplies, Ages 3, 4, 5, 6

This smock is awesome! nice and thin so it's comfortable on my kids, and keeps their clothing clean. The velcro on the back is secure, and if you have smaller kids like me, just tie the back ends together once before connecting the velcro and it tightens up the neck area just the right amount. I have a 2.5 and a 5.5 year old, and it works for both of them. Bright fun design too :) and folds down to next to nothing. After ordering, I saw this smock in Staples for $6+ and was so glad I had seen it on Amazon first!

My three year old daughter loves her art smock. She won't let anyone call her an artist unless she's wearing it. It has stood up against chalk, acrylic and water color paints, and any mess wipes off easily. It's a perfect fit for her, and she's petite for her age, but I suspect she has a good year or two before she outgrows it as far as sleeve length and overall fit.

Having three little ones, I knew I needed to find something to help with laundry control. They’ll wear these freely, so I know they’re comfortable. They clean up easily also. If crayola would just come out with an adult size, post time meal clean up would be a breeze for me.

I bought this smock for my 4 year old daughter and overall it has worked well. It's made of a wipe clean polyester material, has long sleeves, and a velcro closure behind the neck. My daughter states it's comfortable to wear as we are doing messy paint crafts. I do like the long sleeves on this smock and I like that it covers all of her clothes and prevents them from getting stains on them, but I doubt this would fit a 6 year old as the product states because the sleeves are borderline snug on my daughter already.The velcro closure is nice so that it stays on securely, even when we are doing messy crafts that require her to move around. I do like that it wipes clean easily, but I wish the fabric was a little thicker since it feels pretty thin. Overall, for the price, this is a nice smock and we've been using it often and if you are looking for an inexpensive smock to keep your child's clothes clean, this is a great choice.

Bought this smock for my 19m old. It’s a tad bit big for her but all we do is fold up the sleeves once to solve the issue. The smock protects from paint and water getting on her clothing and it’s not scratchy on her skin. She’s covered most of it in paint and it comes off easy peasy. I use warm water and some dish soap, hubby uses cold water only. All paint stains still come off. We hand dry it or hang it out on the balcony to dry. This will last us for awhile! And we will definitely buy another for the cousins when they come over to paint.

I purchased this for my 2.5yr old, knowing it would be big but hoping it would last a while. The velcro in the back is strong enough and positioned in a way she is unable to take the smock off herself, which is a huge plus! It also tightens enough to keep it on her smaller frame. It also goes past her knees currently but the open back allows plenty of mobility even when climbing in and out of chairs. We primarily use it for paint, so I'm not too concerned with washing it. It is awkward to dry, but I've found putting it on a hanger and hanging it on the shower rod works well.

Let me just start by saying I am very pleased with this Crayola Core Art Smock! My son loves it and the best part is it's great quality and doesn't leak or soak through onto his clothes. I was on the fence between the Core one and the My First Crayola smock over the size issue. We gave it to my daughter for her 2nd Birthday. So glad we sized up and went w/ the Core on. It totally works fits now (w/ sleeves rolled) and will grow w/ her for years to come. We have only used once so far and I was very pleased. When I first read about having to hand wash, I was thinking ugh...who has time for that. But in reality I rinsed it out over the kitchen sink in just a few min. I didn't even use soap; with a little rubbing together under the sink it looked like new again in a few minutes, literally. And I hung on our back patio to dry. So glad I got it for my little artist!
