These helped my cat so much, she was really anxious due to some roommates we were tied up in a lease with, and then layer adding a new cat due to moving in sooner than expected. So we did the best we could, but it was definitely a stressful situation.Rhe difference these is so amazing, she almost immediately seems calmer, more cuddly, and more tolerant of the other kitty.They work really well, they just fit into the wall outlet, smug fit, it's never fallen off. I will say that when my cat rubs her head against it, it sometimes gets unscrewed lol, but just check that if your kitty seems a lil weird.They last for 3 months if not a little more, ans it's really easy to screw the new replacements in. We chose this one for the "calming" and 2 of them because of "open" space of square footage we wanted to treat. Easy to set up, leaves the other plug available. No leaking and never noticed a smell.We have 3 mostly indoor male (neutered) cats. Two are 3 to 4 years of age and one cat is 11 years old.We were having problems with one of the cats (Spot 3yrs old) becoming over exuberant when play wrestling with the other cats. We installed two of the pheromone diffusers. After about a week he was calming down no more screaming from the others (Bongo 4 yr ).Unfortunatly the older cat, Fred, became quite "calm" and then lethargic. Wouldn't leave his bed, we brought him food and water which he ate and drank but just wanted to sleep. At first we just thought oh dear he really is getting old (surprised because other cats we've had have lived 18 to 20 years). Then I realized we were on week 3 with the pheromone treatment. We unpluged them and within 3 days he was leaving his bed and very soon back to normal hanging out with us and coming into the kitchen for meals. Maybe we'll try just one of these. If so I'll update after a few weeks of use.

I have a 15 week old kitten who is crazy. And I have seen reviews of putting these in multiple rooms but while I spend most of my one on one time with her in my room, I only bought one for that space. My kitten is very energetic and playful. My intentions with buying this was to hopefully calm her down because sometimes I just want to relax and watch a show… but my kitten has other plans and insists on playtime(I do play with her). It’s only been a week but I’m not really sure if it works. She is very social so she doesn’t have problems with our other cats or dog so that was never an issue. She’s probably just a typical energetic kitten, so whatever. I’ll keep it plugged in though just to use it.

I wasn't going to write this review, as it did absolutely NOTHING for my cats relaxation.Based on just that, I didn't want to leave a negative review, as , okay, so , it's just my cat. The reason for the negative review, is the area I originally had it plugged in is right below a window sil, few feet from where my cat sleeps. On whe window ledge I keep an older ipod/cd radio. I don't use the radio system often and noticed an oily residue leaking from it down the wall. I was thinking maybe I had put batteries in speaker system for a back up and thought they were getting old and leaking. So immediately through out the entire speaker system. Few days later I changed the location of the plug in to other side of room, thinking it's a foot or 2 close to where she lays down. Few days later I am noticing this oily residue directly above the plug in unit on my walls up a foot and a foot long. It finally hit me, nothing was wrong with my cd/ipod stereo system, it was the plug in residue spraying upwards on the walls to begin with!!TERRIBLE, for that reason alone, I had to write this to warn other shoppers. I don't quite understand how so many good reviews and lack of the terrible experience I had.

We used Feliway before but it doesn't seems available anymore. We tried this one and it works the same.This product does not work on all cats but it saved mine. It works to a point where we can see a behaviour change when the perfume is depleted. Without it, our old cat would be very jumpy, almost savage, and would need drugs.

You are reading the comments because you're wondering if this really works. This is an expensive product and you want to know if it's worth the investment. I can honestly tell you that it's on my repeat-purchase list because it does work and it's worth the money.When our male cat was three years old, we thought he needed a friend as he was an only-cat and we imagined he must be lonely. So when the opportunity arose to welcome an adorable new kitten into the family, we jumped at the chance. But he couldn't stand the obnoxious, perhaps overly-cute and certainly precocious new kitten. She tried. She tried tenaciously. And now, thirteen years on, and they still just can't get along. Enter Comfort Zone. It's no love potion, granted, but it keeps them calm and at least disinterested in playing battle-cats. We find it especially helpful in situations of high anxiety such as holidays, when we have a lot of people over, or when we go away. I wish we didn't need it, but I'm glad something like this exists.

Usei o produto na adaptação do meu 4° gato. Posso dizer que vi diferença no comportamento de dois, apenas um que demorou mais para aceitar o novinho. 75% de eficiência é um pouco triste pelo valor.

My cat had a very allergic reaction to this and almost died . It was very scarey .
