Easy to install and use. The tenants like it so much, they want their new fingerprint, apartment door lock changed out.

We purchased this lock for our employee entrance. It worked for less than a month then stopped functioning. I replaced the batteries and it made no difference. I contacted the company and they said it was out of warranty and probably installation error.We bought this door lock. Then RFID cards directly from the company. Now they're in the trash can.

Works well

Company selling a product that does not do what they advertise . When you call them , they tell you they know about the problem but not fix.

the only issue was only one card was sent so there was additional expense since it had to be the master card. Also it works well but you have to pass the card or FOB over it twice before it will unlock.

Easy install and the lock functions as expected. The only concern is that the batteries are in the outside part of the lock.The lock must be removed to change batteries.

So how I can buy a extra card for this product and how I can activate the key card

The lock works well. We ended up buying a few times due to increased number of offices. The lock is very easy to use and easy to install. Please remember to buy those RFID cards from them. Apparently not all cards are the same. =)The support was great when called them or emailed them directly. The amazon email "contact seller" sometimes didn't work. However, if you go to seller's website "metechs.com", call their phone numbers and/or email them. They will promptly respond within a day.Highly recommending this to anyone.

Had to change the batteries in this lock every month and we didn’t even use it every day. Also, it’s a pain the change the batteries because you have to unscrew everything to access the battery panel. We threw it out after a few months. Waste of money.
