Running a commercial kitchen demands careful spending on good quality equipment. We know this brand and felt reasonably sure we were purchasing a good quality cold hotel pan lid, quarter size. No packaging, not a sticker to be seen and evidence of prior use on this purchased as new lid. Deep scratches and remnants of dried ? Lid tossed in trash. Very disappointed. Inspect your purchase carefully.

Where's the bottom?
Didn't realize my order only includes the top not much I can do with that without the bottom

Lid only!! I did not read that correctly and thought i was getting the whole container. Strdy and good size, but for the price I paid i am bit upset at myself for not reading more closely, still gave 4 stars because my stupidity is not the products fault and it does what it is supposed to
