Wonderful for using at a sit/stand work station. Your chair can sit on it, but rolling around is not easy. I just move it aside when I want to sit down.

Lovely.This mat came earlier than expected ..I am a hairdresser so standing on ceramic tiles all day became stressful..this mat is a relief for me now I am not feeling the tiredness at the end of the day .It is so cushiony.I love it I should have gotten this a long time.

Overpriced, but it was the best one i could find on amazon/online. Fits measured dimensions. Relatively soft. Can be used barefoot but much better with shoes. Good standup desk mat, just expensive.

Does what it's supposed to: You can stand on it for hours on end without getting sore feet. Recommended, definitely.
