GREAT FOR COVERING LIGHT POLLUTION IN DARK ROOMS
I used these sample sizes to block out the light pollution in my room. I work nights and need my room to be pitch black..... My xbox controller charging station was too bright so I blacked it out with the vinyls and you can't even tell that it doesn't belong there.... God bless the X-Acto knife!!!!!This is a great product with tons of adhesion!!! Very solidly built but then again I don't expect anything less from 3M.... They know what they are doing and have become a household name in my home!

Not worth the investment.
The sample size was too small to assess properly, and the film was difficult to apply evenly. It also showed noticeable air bubbles and wrinkles, making it look unprofessional.

Bought a sample piece to fix stereo buttons
Update Nov 2020: Year later and it has hold up. Looks exactly like the day first.First of all, this was my absolute first time working with the vinyl wrap.Few of my car stereo buttons are wore down and wanted to fix them some how.Ofcourse cutting the little triangle part was the hardest sense I eyeballed it but I think I did a great job.Also I do have a super tiny bubble that I noticed later via phone camera when taking the picture. With bare eye, it’s unnoticable.The only thing is that you can feel it under the finger, the triangle cutout part but it also may be since I know it’s there. Not a problem for me, but maybe for some.I’m hopeful that it holds up. Will make un update if it doesn’t.Easy to use, stuck well, the matte black was a exact fit. Can’t tell the difference.Excited to do couple more of my stereo buttons that don’t look that bad but could use a fix.

Difficult to Work With
It creased easily, making it hard to get a smooth finish. I followed the instructions, but it just didn't work out as expected. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners.

Makes a huge difference
I blacked out the Chevy gold bowtie wheel hub caps with this vinyl and it's still going strong. I used a heat gun to apply it and it's still on there after many miles of rain and wind. It's also survived a few washes. Awesome vinyl film.

It didn't stick well to my car and started peeling off within days. I followed the instructions carefully, but the adhesion was just not up to par.
