did the job but at a high cost
This dresser tool did a good job of dressing a new stone I had purchased that was out of round however the tool took a beating during the process and I can't see it doing this too many times until the dresser wheels need to be replaced. For the money I paid I would expect it to be more durable; the dresser wheels are apparently made of soft metal. I would not buy this item again.

Wheel Dresser
Casting design helps, but using mine, it destroyed the wheels, after trying diamond wheel dressers, I recommend using those for making grinding wheels concentric and flat.

Amazing!
I took a gamble as this looks like a cheap, plastic, wonky novelty tool. When it arrived I was surprised to have a sturdy metal tool which dressed my clogged grinder wheel in seconds. I was completely amazed; it's one of those, how did I ever live before this, type of tool. I immediately purchased the replacement blade kit, not that I needed them, It appears I'll get a decent amount of cleaning done with the currently installed ones. The only reason I would give this product a 4.5 star rating is because the sprockets sit loosely on their shaft to conform to the wheel shape, which conversely makes it a poor shapper compared to the diamond dresser I have been using. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with this tool.

Great wheel dressing tool
The tool performs well. I only need it occasionally, But it is well built. I also purchased the replacement cutters so I have them if I need them. I would recommend this to others. It's probably not for everyday or heavy use.

If you have a bench grinder you need a grinding wheel dresser
My late father had one of these, and I’ve had a bench grinder for years but struggled to find these in stores that sell bench grinders & other tools. My grinder stone wheel had become clogged with rust & other matter. This tool worked perfectly, as hoped.So nice to finally have my grinding stone dressed.👍👍

Dressing on a 6 in grinder wheel.The dresser wheels wore off quickly, may be able to get a second usage out of it.
