My 4 year old son loves designing, building and taking apart train tracks. These were a huge hit for him. They are a little difficult to put together for him but that means they don't come apart easily either.

My little boys love all things Lego and have the  LEGO City Passenger Train 7938  & LEGO City Trains Cargo Train 60052  so naturally we need lots of room to run the trains and that means switch track!This Lego City Trains 7895 track is everything you'd expect from Lego - well built, durable, and functions exactly as intended.The Switch Tracks set includes two separate switch tracks, three (3) small yellow switch levers (one extra lever is included), and a small bundle of four (4) curved track sections. Individually this box won't get you a lot of extra track so be sure to pick up some additional curved and straight track!This stuff is expensive and anyone who has purchased a Lego train set will know there's not a lot of track packed in the box with the train so be sure to factor that into your purchase! Son loves these tracks. We had gotten them for him for Xmas to go with the train sets he gets, and he is so happy to have these!

These are LEGO, which means they are great and durable. Having said that, they aren’t cheap and they honestly don’t provide a ton of additional track when it comes to expanding your train path.The straight pieces tend to be like gold, while the curves are so so, and the connectable pieces provide additional flexibility in tight spaces. The track separators are very valuable... especially if you have multiple trains and want to expand your track in different directions/pathsOverall, if you’re wanting to expand your LEGO train track, these are really the only way to go other than buying more LEGO trains and using the track from those sets.Don’t be disappointed when you open the box and realize you can’t do much more with your track.
