Co Enzyme Q-10 was the first supplement I ever took. This was before GNC even existed. My father and I walked into a Supplemental nutrition store asking for a product to help with Endurance, stamina etc. for Lacrosse. The service rep recommended CO-Q10. The main effect that I took away from that in the lacrosse season was that I was not getting winded as usual during practice and my never ending thirst for water was not like it usually was. I find it hard to rate a supplement. Does not upset my stomach can't guarantee effectiveness or anything but the price and product seemed fair to me.

Didn't realize it had only 100 mg of COQ10 along with Vit A and Vit E, two vitamins I already take. I had used another COQ10 of 200 mg prior to ordering this product. Can't say I notice any difference with that product. For some reason I thought this BRI brand contained 300 mg of COQ10. After reading other customer reviews I will give it a fair shot of 60 days to see if there is any significant difference between this product and the one I currently use. I will cut back on my Beta-carotene, too, as I don't want to accumulate too much Vit A. I would be helpful if the additional vitamins were stressed in the ads, especially for people who are already supplementing. If this COQ10 is better absorbed than other brands I've used, that could make a major leap forward in how I feel. I had a minor heart attack 12 years ago and desire as much heart protection as I can get.
