Well-made product
I've only been using the knee brace for about a week, but from what I can tell, this is a sturdy and well made product. As others have noted, this brace doesn't have any "hot spots" (as many cheaper products tend to have). And my brace clings to me like a second skin -- no curling, sagging, sliding, dropping, etc.Is it a bit on the pricy side? Maybe -- but the cost is relative to how long it lasts. I've had inexpensive braces that tended to unravel and/or loosen after a few weeks use. If this brace holds together (and so far, there's no indication it won't), it would wind up being worth as much as 3 or 4 of the cheaper ones. Also, I just like the fact the product is made in the USA.So currently, I give it 5 stars overall, and 3 stars for "Value for money" -- but that value rating stands to go up, depending on how the brace holds together.ETA: Okay... I've been wearing this knee brace pretty much every day for the past 2 1/2 months, and it still seems to be going strong... So I'm upping its "Value for money" to 5 stars. :)

Moderate compression/support, very expensive
Pros: comfortable, stays put, keeps knee warm, mild compression/support, not maximal (if you don't want max support). I use them for non-competitive squatting, lunging, and other quad-dominant leg exercises.Cons: mild compression/support, not maximal. If you want more support/compression for heavy squatting, buy a 5mm or 7mm thick sleeve. This sleeve is about 3mm. VERY EXPENSIVE. One of these costs more than a pair of 5mm of 7mm sleeves!

Only light support and gets very sweaty
Recommended by my orthopedist - offers some support but is not as supportive as other ones I have had. Thought it was possibly too loose. I had a medium size - my knee measures at 12.75 inches. Thought I'd then try a small size, but it was way too tight. This brand also gets very wet and sweaty. On my longer runs, it would start to drip down my leg. The brand on my other leg (Ace, Futuro) did not do that.

It works!
I've had this for a few weeks now and every time I hop on my treadmill I make sure to put it on my left knee. Prior to ordering the Full Knee Helix, I used to get a sharp pain in my left knee almost every jog. I've had my knee x-rayed in the past for the pain, only to be told that nothing was found and it might just be aggravated. So after many months of avoiding the one exercise that can help me keep my weight under control I tried this product and I must say that I'm impressed. The quality is great and I do not have the sharp pain in my left knee that I would normally get from jogging. So I think this has been a great investment :-)
