Other hoses you advertise are guaranteed for 1 year the ever rich one obviously notTheir response to my e mail shows their obvious indifference to my problemsAt first I thought the gun had iced up but the latest episode when the hose burst internally & externally makes me come to theconclusion the whole package was inadequate for purpose, ohr maybe the water pressure up here is more than it was everdesigned for.As you know I have been a customer of Amazon for 10 years and am extremely disappointed with the offhand attitude of yoursupplier which is just hard luckBest regardsJim Gibson

These hoses are a great concept let down by terrible quality. They have an internal rubber style hose and an outer fabric sheath. When you apply water pressure from the tap the inner hose swells to fill the fabric sheath and the hose extends. The hoses don't kink and are really easy to have around the garden. BUT. The internal rubber hose seems to be dreadful quality or simple not suitable for the task. Mine started leaking on second use and on investigation the inner hose had simply sheared in half. The rest of the hose that I looked at was perished and failing in the same way. The picture shows an example of how the whole internal hose is. AVOID PRODUCT

2nd time used and it fell apart!!! Absolute rubbish

If I could give less than one star I would, both for the quality of the product and the atrocious customer service.I've had two of these which have both failed after a couple of weeks of very light use and following the instructions to the letter.The company are way beyond even what I call unreasonable behaviour. Having returned the item to them at their request, following numerous email exchanges, they are now refusing a refund and refusing to return the item back to me without ME paying the postage to get it back. They now have my money and the hose!! I'd hate this to happen to anyone else, so be warned - DON'T PURCHASE THIS ITEM, YOU'LL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY WHEN IT GOES WRONG - WHICH IT WILL.

I followed the instructions & the first time I used it, it made a massive pop! Water EVERYWHERE! It had burst! It seemed really good when it arrived but clearly it isn’t well made, I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing, I never leave a review on amazon but this really got my goat!

Purchased this as a gift for my father and he loves it, so easy to use, good quality brass fitments and attachments. Comes with a carrybag also, he loves it and saves the hassle of him having to wind up his old style hose.

Liked how easy it was to use - until it developed a defect. Disliked the response when I complained about thedefect. Seller stated that the return period had expired. I am now left to chase the matter through Amazon as you were the primary seller from whom I ordered the product. I wish to pursue a replacement under warranty as thehosepipe is no longer working. I believe that the on/off valve at the spray gun end has jammed shut.

was Very happy with this product until today when I went to use it, water was coming out the hose and it’s got a big leak. So now it won’t inflate to give any pressure so it’s now not usable
