The product itself ended up being a perfect for what I need, IF I had been able to use it. It was shipped from the seller in a poly-wrap bag. No box, no packaging, no padding. The item arrived damaged - cracked & pieces broken off due to the lack of proper packaging. The seller responded to me immediately upon contact and offered either an exchange or full refund. I asked them to exchange it ONLY if they could assure me it would be shipped in a box with proper packing to protect it. The 2nd one came the next day - in a box - but still with no packing or padding! Again, damaged & broken in transit. This piece is your typical office brittle plastic and even the slightest of mishandling would break it easily. I then asked the seller for a refund rather than putting my Receiving personnel thru handling this a 3rd time. Hopefully the refund will come thru with no problems. Overall, my compliments to the seller on their quick customer service - but they really need to ensure their warehouse personnel have a clue on how to ship office products that are breakable (since that is their business, you would think they would already know that). First time ever having to return a product purchased thru Amazon.com.

It's nice to be able to have my high priority files easily visible and accessible in the tiered design. Thought this would be made with more flexible, lightweight plastic. It's rigid and is a bit on the heavy side. Weighs 6 pounds on my scale. Haven't hung it yet on my lathe and plaster walls for this reason. Sits on my desk for now. The finish is shiny, so fingerprints can become an issue. Definitely serves it purpose.

Be gentle. The plastic cracks easily.

This is the BEST desktop organizer ever. All of your current files are easily accessible and visible (no digging through piles with this thing) and it takes up no desk space at all. I can't stress that enough-- it takes up NO space! It is very slim and I just keep it up against the wall on my desk. Even though it doesn't take up much room it does hold a lot, more than your average sorter would. Everyone who comes to my office asks me about it and ends up buying one of their own and saying the same thing as me. I love this organizer, it's the best on the market.

Handy space saving file system. Keeps priority materials at your fingertips. Wall mounts, or just put it on desk or counter. A little pricy, but worth it.

Met my personal needs perfectly; sturdy, rigid, made of a heavy plastic. Easy to install (two screws, did not need to anchor them).

I ordered two file folder hangers and I was sent two different file hanging folders. They looked like they were the same manufacturer, but one must have been manufactured differently than the other. I also had one of them damaged during shipping. It remains to be seem what the company will do about it.
