Earth Products Take It Anywhere Compact Outdoor Fishing Chair with Storage Pocket

Just ordered this and tried it out for the first time fishing from the shore at a 9,000 foot elevation trout lake. The shoreline is mostly rocky, but some small areas of compacted dirt are available. No problem with either one as the chair comes with attached plastic "cleats" that provide stability on uneven surfaces. Very stable and comfortable and I'm a big guy (260 lbs). The overall size of the chair is small enough to carry easily with the included carry strap. Well balanced, too - I carried this along with 2 rods and reels and my tackle box, and it was a proverbial "piece of cake". The attached tote bag underneath the seat is perfectly sized for drinks and snacks. You can tell the design of this chair has been well thought-out for fishing. Very pleased with this purchase!

Chair is very nice but it is to small for my butt. The bars cut in to my leg with in seconds. Tried it with a boat seat flotation and it was fine.

Was small, light and easy to transport while leaving my hands free. Was quite comfortable for sitting on a sandy beach. (and I'm 250 pounds). Storage compartment was more then big enough for dog balls and water.

I bought this chair to carry to fishing spots so I could sit down. I like the storage pocket to carry my lunch or bait and it folds up well with the pocket full. The carry strap makes it easy and comfortable to carry. However, it is a little unstable to sit in and the seat support bars make my legs unconfortable. You sink down below the level of the bars when you sit and they press on the back of your thighs making it necessary to shift weight often to releave the pressure. Still, it's better than sitting on the ground and the easy carry strap and storage pocket are a plus.

I use this for work in automotive plants. I don't like having to stand all day, so I just throw this over my shoulder and I'm good to go. It's very light and extremely easy to fold up and transport. It's not to most comfortable chair, but it feel amazing after having stood for 8 hours. The seams look like they're starting to wear on the edges of the seat, but they have not broken and don't look like they will soon, but I will probably reinforce them to make sure nothing happens (I am 200lbs and use it regularly, so that might be the issue). It has a little pouch underneath I like to keep waterbottles and snacks, but could hold anything that fits and doesn't interfere with anything when you fold it up or carry it (it can get heavy if you have it full of stuff, however). Lastly, the plastic feet on the bottom have bent outwards on mine, but it still sits on them and is even, I imagine that's just because the contact the floor at an angle and I use it often.

Lightweight and easy to carry. I'm a big guy at 270lbs and this chair has served me well for the last several months. I am often using it while it is setup on even ground it shows no signs of wear to date. I would repurchase again. Well worth the cost and then some.

Just got 2 of these this morning. Very disappointed. The seat is only 10" wide and your circulation on your legs is going to get cut off if you sit for long at all. There is no way a 300 Lb person or even 250 Lb person could sit on this and be comfortable. I am 180 and it pushes up on my legs pretty good. If I can return them I will.

We already used the chair it was easy to carry and it was good to have a seat when I needed it.
