Great it improve strength
I love this product. I am in school to be a chiropractor and we need to have good wrist and hand strength. It is definitely helping. When I first started, my left hand could barely close the gap of the green 20lb ring. After only a week of using, I can now close it easily. I love it!

The product is very well made and the description may be correct, but I founds they are so hard to squeeze that they are not suited for rehab.
