Yulanxiang Teapot Glass Tea Pot 1000ml

The teapot itself was elegant, and the included strainer fit really well, however the connection of the handle to the basin was visibly weak. When picking it up by the handle, I could feel a slight movement and it would make a very soft grinding sound. It wasn't (visibly) cracked anywhere, so I don't think it was damaged from travel (though the packaging was minimal, so it's possible). Instead it seemed more like the glassworking at the joint where the handle met the basin was subpar, and the handle was moving slightly as a result.I didn't feel confident picking it up when empty, so I definitely didn't want to test it with any amount of liquid in it. In the end I returned it.

We loved this teapot until today. The handle appears to be coming off. Sad.

After two years, I accidentally dropped mine, but I used it for two years without incident. The infuser's holes fine particles through it, such as those from garam masala.Contrary to some of the comments here, I warmed mine safely on a gas range.

I actually love this product but after having it for less than year I lifted it to pour tea and I heard a cracking sound. The glass around the handle started to fracture on its own. I'm not sure if I received a defective one but was really disappointed because it really is lovely.

Cracked after 3 months of very, very light use. Poured my hot water into the pot and I hear cracks near the handle. It wasn't cold then being exposed to hot water. It wasn't thrown around. Ugh.Don't buy this, grab a french press or a bodum tea pot if you really like the teapot aesthetic.

Only made 2 cups of tea, and I wanted one that made 4 cups, so I sent it back.

Very nice quality teapot. Unfortunately, I had to return it, but only because the tea I use is extra fine so it slightly seeped through the infuser. The infuser is a very fine mesh, so it would work well with most teas.

Very nice teapot! High quality, easy to clean, brews a good amount of tea for 2-3 people. I have used it with loose leaf tea only so far and the fine infuser contains all tea particles while brewing delicious tea. Highly recommend!
