Highly recommend! I bought my first bottle several years ago following Dr Perricone's recommendation from one of his books. I had been on the search for something to promote my immunity with the goal to help limit and prevent colds and flu.Years later, I continue to purchase the Maitake extract as it works. I don't need much daily to be effective. My best guess is the Maitake add on to my general daily supplements to boost antioxidant levels works for me. It makes the difference and is quite effective. I use about 5 -6 drops in a small amount of water every morning.

This really works. Just make sure your doctor knows what perscriptions you are on and what OTC meds you are taking because there are many of these natural things that do not mix well with some stuff and can have bad reprecutions.i would recommend the seller.
