My Fountain of Youth
This stuff is basically my secret youth serum. I take a variety of supplements for skin and tissue development, but this is one of those supplements that my body responds very well to. I've been on and off of these to test the actual results: my hair feels better, my nails become indestructible (I work a LOT with my hands), my skin becomes baby soft and noticeable firmer (especially in the morning), and I generally have less soreness throughout my body after a hard day of work. I take two in the morning with a clean fat like milk or soy milk and repeat this right before bed. I did notice particular itchy spots when I first started taking these, but they subsided in a week or so. Don't expect immediate results, especially if you're not taking them religiously; results for any supplement take around 2 weeks to a month before becoming truly noticeable. People are constantly asking about my skin regimen (31, but everyone thinks I'm 21); with a clean diet, daily skin care, a little massage, and a handful of natural supplements, it's not hard at all. If I had to get rid of all my supplements but one, I'd keep these.

very slow shipping, next time I’ll just pay for shipping. anyway the product itself is wonderful! it’s a great product it does work. as long as you continually take it. without missing any days nonstop. you will notice a difference in your hair and your nails and it just depends where your body decides to put the collagen. i’ve noticed a glow in my face.

My mom LOVES this stuff. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it before, I think I've been buying it for her for 2 years now. She has a bad knee (surgery and special shoes, and she still avoids any stairs she can) and she swears these are an enormous help. They made a difference from the first bottle on, and any time she's been without them, she ends up stiffer and much more achy.
