I tried Replens on the advice of my physician . .. it kinda worked but it really didn’t do the job. The Key E works wonderfully to moisturizing areas that due to menopause and age are less than is comfortable in general and in specific. These address that problem rather well, to the degree that after a few weeks of daily use, cutting back to maybe every second or third day works well. No scent which I prefer, and very gently does the job.

The quality is not the same...they have a hole in the middle.Looks like you're saving on the product.Your QC Dept. needs to do a better job.

They have no scent. Work wonders! I will be purchasing this product regularly!!! For ladies going through menopause these are a miracle! Discreet odorless and worth every penny

This is SO much better than anything else.I’m just starting to get to the point where things aren’t like they used to be. Why didn’t anyone tell me? I thought I’d be old and wrinkly when that happens?!? Well. Word to the wise - it’s not when you’re old. It’s when you least expect it! And the crap available at WG & WM is sticky! After a few minutes of [your choice of term here] it’s no bueno. And obvi. These are not like that! PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE! My man has no idea I need them, and all is right and just with the world south of my Mason Dixon line again [woot woot]!Now, I don’t use a whole bullet, just half. And I only need one daily. Probably a few hours ahead of things. My kegel strength is good, so I can get away with being discreet and prepping well ahead. If you are worried, then maybe prep ahead & slip it in just prior… otherwise it could be awkward to discover it didn’t stay put. And hey - keep these in your fridge if you want to make it easier to use! They melt fast, so keeping them cool helps. I only use half, but so far half is all I need. Just cut with a very sharp knife and keep the other half in the foil. Oh, and maybe TMI, it doesn’t taste horrible either.

Most post menopausal women will understand the need for such a product! This is easy to use, has zero smell, no hormones and is very reasonably priced. Best of all, IT WORKS!If you need something like this, try this one!!

These have been a complete success in helping totally reverse my vaginal atrophy! X1 inserted each night. I have also been taking x1 Hyaluron 500 vitamin each day and using vaginal dilators 2-3 times per week for the last 2 weeks.Having suffered for about 18 months I was desperate to try and fix this problem naturally snd determined not to use oestrogen at all. I’m amazed at the results in only 4 weeks!I’d say if you have this awful post menopause problem, or have it for any other reason and don’t want to use oestrogen, then give this a try!

unfortunately they do not se to have done anything at all, we haven't finished the packets but there is defiantly no improvement. These were bought for UC for a boy.UPDATE: I've left the above as I didn't see much of a difference at the time but that was with stopping my sons current enemas as we had run out.Once he strated that back up and had these 1 x per in the day, it's been a game changer, it's supported his healing process and has helped stop the blood he passes. I'm ecstatic will not be without them now.

I use these to help with vaginal atrophy and wouldn't be without them.
