Crockery Gourmet Seasoning Mix for Pork 2.5-Ounce Packets (Pack of 12)

I am really a huge advocate of cooking from scratch, with all fresh ingredients, but I really love these seasoning packets especially the one for pork.This has not only nice flavors, but a bit of thickening. I use it whenever I make split pea soup (one packet of this per 1lb bag of peas and only use half the amount of water they say to use on the bag of peas...beautiful, thick split pea soup every time!) or a pot of beans with ham shanks and it always comes out beautifully flavored. I don't add salt when I use this but other herbs can be used, of course, with fantastic results.This comes in several other flavors now, but this is the one that I use the most. Just store the packets in airtight containers, such as Lock & Lock, and they keep practically forever.

I used to be able to purchase this seasoning packet at my local family-owned grocery store but they stopped carrying it. It is extremely difficult to find crockpot seasoning for a pork roast but I was so happy when I found Crockery Gourmet available on Amazon. The flavor is amazing and I plan to buy again when my first supply gets too low.

I use these packs all the time and love them. My daughter moved to the DR so I've have sent her some and she likes them too. Had to order from Amazon as I was unable to find in any grocery store where I live.

I found this at Walmart a few years ago but have not been able to get it since. They carry other Crockery Gourmet season for the crock pot but this is very good!! So now I have to order from Amazon...thanks Amazon for carrying this product!! The recipe calls for 2 cups of water but I put in 1 3/4 cups water and add 1/4 cup of cooking wine. The gravy comes out just right....just the right gravy consistency.

This is so simple to use and is simply the best pot roast I've ever made. I discovered this at a small grocery store about 15 years ago and could never find it again until I located them on Amazon. I was thrilled! My family loves this and its a regular at our house. I even stock up - just in case...

Great product! Half of them weren't sealed completely and were leaking out of the packets. Refund was given, satisfied! Stuff happens, will by product again as it was a manufacturing issue not a product issue.

This is very easy to use and the pork always come out very tender and full of flavor. It also gives a very nice taste to the veggies if you choose to add them with the pork.I have used this several times, not just the pork one, but the chicken and beef as well and have always been more than satisfied with the results.
