I struggled with UTI'S my Dr. Told me to try drinking pure cranberry juice as ut coats the bladded and urinary tract and makes it hard for yeast or bacteria to attach. Well it tasted awful and was expensive (ocenspray is not 100%cranberry juice) I found this and have been taking it ever since. It has helped s much. I have had a few UTI'S BUT usually conected with forgetting to take ut or running out of it.Please note this is not a cure, but a helpful prevention. Cranberrys have a lot of health benifts.
