I can’t speak to the health claims but I can tell you the H2Rose Apple variety is absolutely delicious. The flavors are subtle and perfectly refreshing. It tastes best well chilled. I first found this beverage in my local Whole Foods and loved it. When I went back they had run out and my local store is moving to a larger location and won’t reorder for a few weeks. I had to have more!The shipment is direct and they are extremely nice. My order included some “swag” like a cell phone grip and lip balm. I would pay good money for the lip balm, it’s so good. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that I really don’t appreciate shipping charges and since the order is not fulfilled by amazon, prime doesn’t get me that sweet free shipping. I didn’t mind it for the first case and if there weren’t shipping charges I would have ordered another case today and beyond but for now I guess I’ll stick to waiting for my local store to stock these delicious beverages. I can’t wait to try the other flavors!

Taste different in the plastic bottles. I have had them before in glass

We received our bundle today and immediately tried it straight out the box. My sister and I both tried the Apple and Mango over ice and was pleasantly shocked by how much we loved it. We are on a health journey and was seeking a healthy alternative to the redundant water we drink every day. This fits the bill and more. Its refreshing and delicious. Even our children love it. Variety pack came with 3 flavors. Fast delivery.I saw this rose water at Whole Foods and tried a bottle there. I was so happy to find it on Amzon.The flavor is gentle and not too over powering. Refreshing and best served chilled.I am a virtual wellness coach and love the benefits of Rose and this is a other great way to get a dose.

I think it is a little pricey. I liked the taste okay, but won’t be repurchasing. It’s not a must have for me.

Great drink to replace soda. Loved the flavors except for the apple. We are just not apple juice people, but for those who like apple juice, you will most likely enjoy this one too.

This water is the bomb. I saw this on The Real. It is so good. They sent me lip balm and a phone accessory. I will order more. The water is super delish. I can't wait to order more. I am happy I saw The Real. Please send me some water please. They should have called this magic water. It enhances your mood as well.

Would have preferred glass bottles instead of plastic bottles.
