These are the best cinnamon capsules I’ve ever taken. I take 2 a day with water and my other medication with no side effects and over the past one plus years, my A1C has consistently improved. Plus, I’ve lowered my glucose tablets. I eat a lot of sugars!

These cinnamon pills are good, but they aren't 9000mg. They are only 4500. Its 9000 per serving. But they are still worth the money.

Ceylon cinnamon extract. Along with bitter melon. It seems to level out my blood sugar really well

One of the main problems with some supplements is the aftertaste once they dissolve. These don't cause that problem. Taking these capsules is easy and they seem to work well.
