This was a wonderful book and is being used to teach up and coming wrestler's the fundamentals of the sport and what to expect. Used to pass on to newly assitant coaches and how to teach moves to new wrestler's.

Dan gable is so inspiring. Loved this book! Loaded with information that will help any team. I wish I could of been physically there to see Dan coach Iowa. Great book definitely recommend

Good book. Not as much wreslting moves as i had hoped but it has a lot of information from dan gables brillant mind. I think i am going to buy another book that has a few more moves but that doesnt take away from the quality of this book.

Easy to read and understand, even for a first time Coach.

How can any wrestler not benefit from insight from one of if not the best wrestler & coach in the sports history . Excellent book , highly recommend .
