I was instructed by my doctor to start eating one spoonful of fermented food per day to start, and let me say that I didn't want to stop at one spoonful. I have also tried the purple cabbage variety from this same seller, and that is equally as delicious. I am so happy to be supporting a small business, and I will continue my gut health journey by eating this product, and I can't wait to try her other varieties.

The kimchi arrived well packaged. This is the best tasting of the limited number of brands I’ve tried. Veggies are still crunchy and it has just the right amount of heat. Will be ordering again.

I have been using this product for years and find it to be consistently excellent in quality. I add a little Tamari to it for taste, but that's just me. The only issue has been with the packaging - the occasional cracked or broken container.But with the latest shipment the new packaging did an very impressive job, no issues at all.Now a perfect product has perfect shipping.
