good value
These were a little hard to get into the mounting holes on the door of my Dodge ram 1500, but overall they are a good deal and sound really good too compared to the stock speakers.

Impressive replacement Speakers for 2016 Jeep Patriot
I hated the OEM speakers in my 2016 Jeep Patriot. The OEM speakers were exceptionally bad overall. Made of low quality materials with no tweeters built in so all the lows and highs were coming from one crappy source. I purchased these because they were exact replacements in terms of size so it was a simple swap. The only negative is that they did not provide the harness adapters to avoid any wire cutting. So in the end, I had to cut the wires but it wasn't difficult, just tedious. The speakers sound amazing in comparison, the high frequency sounds coming from the tweeters really bring out the vocals in music. Also the bass is very crisp although I had to increase it to almost max, but they seem to handle it with ease. Others may have had different experiences with their stock stereos. In my Patriot, with the stock 430N stereo, it sounds excellent. Cranking up the volume, within reason, doesn't result in any distortion unlike the OEM. Very pleased. I know if you add an amp and replace the head unit, it would only sound better. However, if you’re going to listen to music with all speakers replaced with these Kenwoods and you have a decent stereo head unit and your OEMs truly suck, you should be quite satisfied. At the current price, you can’t beat that with a stick.

Great Replacements for Factory Speakers If The Stereo is Upgraded From the Factory Receiver Also
As replacement speakers for the cheap factory speakers these are quite satisfactory AS LONG AS THEY ARE PAIRED WITH A UPGRADE FOM THE FACTORY STEREO. I replaced the factory speakes with these and left the factory stereo in place. There is a slight, I mean slight improvement over the factory speaker sound. You can hear a little separation between the highs and lows, but the improvement in sound is minimal. Then I replaced the factory stereo with a Pioneer AVH-X5700BHS which puts out 22W RMS while the Kenwoods take a 45W RMS Max.I am really liking the sound from these speakers for what they are. Factory replacements ONLY. You will probably not be happy if you already have better than factory speakers. If you feel the bass needs to rattle the windows you need a sub with an amp. But for me the bass is just fine with the 13 band equalizer on the receiver. The highs and mid-range are acceptable just as well.I will be replacing these sometime in the not too near future in order to fully complement the Pioneer receiver. I bought these speakers with the sole intention of using them as a temporarily upgade from the factory speakers and getting better as my budget allows. For the price these are a good investment if used in the applications described.

Nice door speaker
I purchased this item for my 2014 Ram 1500 Express. I am using a Pioneer AVH-X4800BS for my head unit. I wanted a speaker that would be compact and fit well to replace my factory speakers. These fit well but did need a little modification. The speaker has a single support column on the back side which needed to be inverted to fit the factory opening. Any larger capacity 6x9 would have hit the door support. I am sure there a a lot of amp- run speakers that would blow the sound of these speakers out of the water. I was not looking for that type of speaker. I wanted something that would sound good on the 45w per channel that my stereo provides. If you are looking to replace factory for better sounds, but do not want to run an amp, you would be hard pressed to find a better speaker for the price and functionality.Value 10/10Highs 9/10Mids 8/10Lows 7/10Overall 8.5-9/10

Another "well worth the money" review
I can't believe these cost $12.xx each... They sound so much better than the factory speakers in my 2003 Toyota Camry. Even with just the stock head unit they pound out lower and louder than the factory speakers with much flatter frequency response. The factory speakers were really boomy at sound 50hz which made some songs seem to have more bass and led me to feel some initial disappointment, but this was quickly remedied as familiar tracks began to shine with low lows and sparkling highs.Make no mistake, these are not audiophile speakers and they do lack some life in the midranges. They will not make your windows flex like a big subwoofer, but they will make your mirrors vibrate pretty good.I will keep these nice upgrades over the factory speakers at least until after adding a new head unit, sub w/amp, and a 4ch amp to fully power these Kenwoods. Maybe at that point l will feel the need for something more.

Good value
For the price I can't really complain, they're a good value. They get louder than stock speakers and sound decent. Only thing was they didn't fit in my dodge charger perfectly so I had to enlarge the holes with a dremel
