Grittier than other flours (that's the flaxseed for you!). It made for some beautiful loaves of sweet breads but the batter was sooooo sticky! It was really taxing the motor of my 40-year-old stand mixer. I wouldn't recommend it for anything that needs to be mixed with an appliance - hand mixing would probably be fine. I also pulled out my hand mixer but it was also straining and the batter was crawling up the beaters. Some other GF flours do this, too. I finally asked GF friends what to do and one pointed me to brown rice flour, which works way better for sweet breads!Flavor is nutty, which is yummy! Just make sure that compliments what you're using it for.

Excellent option when you want a heartier gluten free flour to replace whole wheat flour in your old recipes.

This is the best gluten free flour that I have eve used. The flour bakes great in all the recipes I have used it in. It tastes great plus it has flaxseeds and a lot of fiber. You won't be sorry you bought this brand.

I absolutely love this flour! It gives you the hearty texture of whole wheat flour without the gluten. So far I have made zucchini bread and peanut butter bars and both turned out great. I will be buying this flour from now on. I also like the Cup 4 Cup white flour for the things you wouldn't use whole grain flour for. Great product and it make being gluten free a lot easier!

It was good, both taste and texture. I made gravy with it and was happy with the result.

I like the fact that it has more fiber than the regular Cup 4 Cup, but ALL the Cup 4 Cup products are way overpriced.

It's a great product, only issue is the price.

Excellent product. The taste and texture is great. Just substitute this for regular flour in any recipe.
