Camp'Oro Le Regionali Italian Pasta, Orecchiette, 17.6 Oz (Pack of 4)

This pasta was excellent!! Wonderful texture. I cooked the pasta for half the cooking time and then added to my meat sauce. I covered it briefly to allow the pasta to absorb some of the sauce. I baked it for 45 min and then added cheese and broiled to perfection. The pasta was light and tender, similar to fresh pasta. I will be ordering the 12 pack next!!

I had a 90 years young Italian grandmother make these in Sacramento once a week..the last time in 1996. When I saw these I immediately ordered...it took a while but the wait was more than worth it.Fresh, dried, perfect packaging..no breakage during shipping. What more could you ask for? The flavor was..is perfection and can be eaten with a homemade sauce or with nothing more than butter n cheese!Add fresh baked bread for the finishing touch and a glass of wine!Well worth the wait and money..

Just returned from a trip to Tuscany and had this pasta there. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. It is delicious.

I find this pasta more tasty and the texture is great. I was always a macaroni person but I love this one as well. A fine change and it holds sauce in its "lil hats".

Trofie is a pasta that is tough to find in the USA. I love it, as it has many ridges that hold the sauce with your bite of pasta. This is a great find! I recommend it!

These are how dried Orecchiette should cook up and taste. Forget look a likes that are just regular pasta.These are the real deal.
