I have bought many many headset in my quest to find the perfect one for the WFH all day meeting. When you share the room with your spouse and kids where everyone also has to be in the online meeting, the proper headset is a must. For wire, we choose to use the Poly Blackwire series, which works great. However, I was looking for wireless one that I can walk around but still have reliable connection, great battery life and noise cancelling mic. And here you goes, Voyager 4220 UC delivers them all. Make sure you purchase the UC model. The extra dongle that plugs to your computer make the wireless more reliable and noise cancelling works better.

Revising my prior review because with some very nice technical assistance from Global Tech, we re-positioned the dongle to a different port on my laptop and that seems to have resolved the call quality issues I was experiencing with the unit unplugged. He also encouraged me to pair the unit with my cell phone, so it can operate either with my laptop or my cell phone. It's working great now. Thanks.-----------------------------------------I am not returning this item, as I need it (or SOMETHING) for work every day. However, I'm very disappointed with the performance of the product. Essentially, you cannot unplug the headset from its charging cord and maintain any quality voice or audio. To call this device "wireless" is a joke. I need to be able to walk away from my desk while continuing calls with clients. This unit makes that impossible. As soon as you unplug from charging cord, the call quality immediately degrades, even without moving away from the laptop. Forget about walking down the hall to the kitchen for a cup of coffee - which is not that far away. My Logitech (item no longer available) could do it with no problem. I regret everyday that I broke the Logitech and have to live with this sucky device as a 'replacement'. Especially given the amount of money paid! I should have just bought a cheap "wired" device instead of this supposedly wireless one. Wah!

I use this product for work as a teacher in a virtual school. It had good sound quality. Students never complain about being able to hear me or hearing sounds from the other room. Battery life is amazing! I only have to charge it once a week. Only con is every once in awhile it will drop a call.

Been using this for about 8 months now. I work from home and needed a new headset to work with. The charge lasts about two days talking on the phone eight hours a day. The other side never hears any of the background noise in my house. Need to get up and go to the bathroom? The person on the other side will never hear it. My only complaint is the speaker doesn't get loud enough when you need to crank up the volume to hear someone that mumbles.

I was hoping the USB-C dongle would upgrade the microphone sound quality for phone conversations, but I notice zero difference from the USB-A version. If you listen to music, the sound is enhanced for sure. I only use them for business calls however :(

These are a bit more expensive than some others but it's totally worth it. The sound quality is amazing and the batter lasts through a while work day with power to spare.

Overall sound and noise cancellation are good and what is expected from Plantronics. Unfortunately, the plastic is cheap and broke while wearing. I take good care of them and have a separate hard case to carry them when between offices. Very disappointed in the quality of the plastic, or lack of. Thus the 2 star rating.

Easy to use, long battery life, good clarity on calls. I use it both for work from home and online gaming. High quality

Great set of headphone. You can walk a good distance from my room to the kitchen. If you get too far it will say that the headset is disconnected but won’t drop the call. Once you’re back in range it reconnects automatically. But the only thing is that after long period of use 7hrs (not including 2 x 15 mins break and an hour for lunch) you feel pressure behind the earlobes. Please know that I wear glasses. So maybe that’s why.
