Dr Dennis Gross DRx Botanical Cleansing Bar: for Dry or Sensitive Skin, 7 oz

I never had acne problems until I got an iud. I was on acutane, then when I got off it started coming back. Then I discovered this bar of soap!!! Y’all!! The results are incredible!! So much so that I started using it on my arms bc I have kp and occasional bumps on my thighs and bikini area, and the difference is shocking. I don’t even recognize my arms and legs bc the dark pores have faded so much. I get complements on my skin on how much it has improved all the time, face and arms especially. Yes, I peeled on my face for weeks, but that’s how I knew it was working! It sloughs off all the yuck that clogs and makes skin dull. I have never had a face wash that kept working with obvious results like this before! Btw I’m def not getting paid/incentives for this review, I wish! Esp bc I now have my whole family using it, my 2 girls and husband use it now, and we all love it. Forgot to mention that it does get makeup off better than most face washes too bc it suds up…I wash my face 2-3 times in the tub, depending if I have makeup on, and have no residue. It’s not an overnight difference, but I will say I saw results within 3 days and after 1 month I was sold!! Still 4 months later, I’m noticing my scars get smaller and lighter.

I got this soap first at Nordstrom when I was looking for as many skincare products with Tea Tree Oil on them.I really liked the soap and was happy to find it here in Amazon!It does not dry your skin, it has a pleasant smell that is subtle - not overpowering.It cleans well.Most importantly, it is hypoallergenic. I am a person who has very sensitive skin - I get a bad rash with cheap soap (I am talking public bathroom soap). This soap is very gentle.I think it has also helped clear my skin - it is a long term beenfit of tea tree oil.Yes, it is expensive, but it is a very good soap for those with sensitive skin.I tried the Paul Mitchell soap. I didn't like it. It was not gentle and it formed a awful foam and left my skin feeling weird. The bar also went down faster than this one. (With this one you get a nice chunky block of soap).UPDATE: This bar is wonderful. Continues to deliver great results on my skin - specially face. I have good looking, clear skin, a nice vibrant complexion. I have stocked around 10 of them (just in case). I hope they never go out-off-market. Tea Tree Oil is a great cleansing ingredient for skin!

It made my skin glow for first few days after a couple weeks stop

I'm not sure if large pores is an accurate description, but a friend of mine has had 2 derm abrasion treatments, has tried the African soap sold on Amazon, and nothing has worked as well as this. I'm serious! Her pores are almost invisible after using this soap for a couple of months. Let me know if I'm right in a couple of months in the text comments. You can thank me later. Trust me, it works!

I feel really squeaky clean and by some miracle, it hydrates my skin more that my expensive hydrating cleanser. And it lasts for months
