Great Phone Gimbal
I'm a first time Gimbal user first thing I would say is don't switch on the device until you have unlocked the two moving points from there locked positions. You when you done this because everything will move around freely.The Phone holder is designed perfectly to hold the phone add not press the side buttons which I was worried about.It took only a few tries to get the phone balanced and the app works well with the Gimbal and it is easy to control the Camera features from the Gimbal controls.The USB charging port worked well since I don't have Wireless charging phone I tried to my Moto 360 Watch which started to charge as soon as I placed it on the pad.The tripod supplied is very sturdy and the case supplied is very solid which is perfect for when I want to bring this on trips.Well priced and value for money.

Junk that did not work out of the box
After following the instructions in balancing my phone in the gimbal the motors would not work. The app and all other functions worked but i never could get the actual gimbal to work, i tried updating software and recalibrating the system with no luck. Sent back for a refund.

Great value with big time features
First impressions. Great! It handles the extra the weight of my Huawei Mate 20 X well. Very solid footage when walking.

Great gimbal for price. Wireless charging and great to use. Hard wearing.

Defective out of the box -- No customer service
Instructions were to first do a firmware update on the app. That failed 4 times. The joystick was inoperable. Customer Service did not respond to my email. I called in business hours; no one answered. The call went to voicemail only to give the message that the mailbox was full. That was the last straw. Poor product, poor service. Look for another alternative. I am happy that Amazon accepted my return, no questions asked.

BON produit
Un stabilisateur bien emballé.Une pochette de transport de bonne qualité.Juste pour calibrer et mettre en route l’appareil : heureusement qu’on peut trouver des tutos sur YouTube parceque la documentation est en chinois ;)Après je trouve que les moteurs des axes ne vont pas faire long feu.... mais le prix est bas donc rien à dire.
