Beadalon Flat Nose Pliers

Got these for twisting safety wire, 0.032 and smaller. No teeth means no tool marks on the wire.

For a person just starting out in making jewelry, these are a good deal for what it is. I'd like to note that I do own a pair of baby Wubbers and I swear they look almost identical, with slight differences. Both are even marked with "Pakistan" on it. However, I find my Wubbers pair superior because of its matte finish and smooth edges. The Beadalon pair has sharp edges and I would end up marring my wire. I also found it hard to grip as the surface is somewhat slippery. This was especially frustrating when making tight spirals with 16g wire! I solved these problems by using a product called Tool Magic. I don't think I would be using these pliers as much if I weren't using the plastic coating on it.

Having acquired a similar pair of pliers in a pliers set, they were the one thing I was NOT looking for! Didn't want them at all - until I realized how handy they are. Then I could not find them locally. AT ALL. So, hello Amazon! These were the best reviewed, and now I know why. They are well made, solid, with smooth action and a solid and well-designed spring action. I bought two for my wife's sewing studio, and now I know how good they are, I will buy more. You should too!

Comfortable. I thought the nose would be a little thicker. I can use these. I just may have to upgrade sooner. I would recommend.

For what I do for work they are perfect

I use this while building paper models to press parts together. The two tips come together flat and I can easily control the pressure applied. Great item, fully recommend!

I really needed a second pair of jewelry pliers and was excited to receive these at a good price. They seem sturdy enough. They have a flat, boxy tip. The spring back when released was maybe not as strong as I would have liked. However, the real negative was the handles. They are small, without any kind of ergonomic grip. I should have realized that from the picture, but I didn’t know how much difference in comfort it would make. I have arthritis and these are not the best pliers for me.

Wish these were a bit larger. They work fine for my needs at this point. If I really get into wire I"ll have to switch to a beefier product tho.

I bought two and I'm really pleased. Comfortable in my hand, they minimize scratching of my rings without Tool Magic, but with it they are flawless and the Tool Magic lasts on these much longer than my previous cheap pair. I may buy another pair just to have eventually.

I found these handles were not very comfortable to hold. The handles could have been more padded and slightly longer to have a proper grip.
