was thinner than the cheap ones here, so i was worried, but i opened it and the scent was 30 times stronger than normal, i put a drop on, and it smelled great, then faded in one minute. i was going to get my money back, but after two minutes my mom and i noticed the scent coming backand it got stronger and stronger, to a level about 10 times more than normal. the scent profile is white floral, cedar leaf, mint, but combined in a musky way. there is almost a rain scent to it. even now, thirty minutes after putting a tiny speck on my skin, finger actually, it is still very strong. i bought this for making perfume, and it will have to be diluted, which is normal and proper to do. i think if i add something salty smelling, and a minute amount of amber, i could create a lily of the valley accord. instead of a briney scent, pepper eo at super dilution would work. wow, this and vetiver would make a great perfume all on their own. i hope this helps.

I received oil quicker than expected and it was well packaged. I was hoping for a musky scent, but it’s not really what I was looking for. I have mixed it with some of my other essential oil’s and it’s a nice addition.

I was hoping this had more of the musky scent but it’s a bit strong and not sure what exactly I’m getting when I smell it. I bought it mostly because of the reviews as there is no real description for this product. I read that it is more of a masculine scent (which I get that) but I don’t get that musky with floral undertones scent I’ve read about. I also took the stopper out and put the dropper in and the lid does not close with the dropper in and I should not have to take the dropper out after using it, the lid should fit.

Ambrette oil is hard to find. Smells wonderful. Wish it was more concentrated though. I am a repeat buyer.

Just used $5 worth of this oil, half a bottle on a single soap bar and it still doesnt smell.I last bought it in March 2023, it came from India and it was 100% top quality, it took a whole month for it to ship, worth it back THEN.Todays purchase is 15% of its original “pungency”, its too runny and not as thick as it previously was, its previous quality was so strong 1DROP will last for months.

Took a while to arrive from India but oh my it was worth the wait! Pure, sweet but musky - I mix with Egyptian Musk Oil & sometimes layer spicy perfume like Diptyque Tam Dao on top. I plan to try more mixtures as well. Highly recommend!

It arrived ahead of schedule but post office forgot to follow address instructions and to leave notification. Scent is subtle but a bit compelling. Very hard to describe but masculine. Like this a lot. Can smell the quality. I’ve bought other oils from this line and they tend to be better than average so far. Pleased 🙂🙌🏼 🧪
