Top Pfanne. Du brauchst aber auch den passenden Ofen mit wirklich großer Platte.Wenn die Pfanne heiß ist dann geht das Kochen damit sehr gut. Sehr dicker Boden. Das hält die Wärme sehr lange. So was sollte jeder zuhause haben der gern große Portionen für mehrere Leute braucht.

La mejor cazuela de mi cocina
Perfecta para guisos de pescados y carnes en salsa. tiene un diámetro que excede el fuego más grande de mi vitro pero para un quemador de gas para paellas es perfecto. Creo que la heredarán mis nietos!!!!!!!!!! Espectacular cazuela hecha en España,. Lacor no tiene que envidiar ninguna marca francesa o italiana.Un regalo!!!!!
