Got the product on for as low as 14k. Delivery guys did not deliver one part of the appointment of 5. Later couldn't find his number. Somehow had to download Truecaller and then find his number after so much digging. He said he will deliver it next day itself. But took him 5 days to deliver after so much of dragging and lamb blasting him. Hopeless delhivery from delhivery.com.Had to cancel the the appointment which was taken for the assembly of the product. The delivery guy used to say I will deliver the next day I will deliver today I will deliver tomorrow but took 5 days to deliver the missing part. Because of which I had to cancel and reschedule the service appointment three times.Contacting the customer care of Amazon is a journey towards hell. It is a timeless journey and a goalless journey. You would never find their customer number anywhere on the internet. and the chat service which they have is also monitored by a robot and not a human in the beginning. After so much of impatient digging finally I could get contact with their customer care. After about half an hour of quarrel and detailed discussion about the incident the customer care officials said that I could return the the order and get a replacement for the same order. Birthday centre air process would take another 15 to 20 days. And moreover I would not be eligible for the same price which I had in the offer time. Finally I said for a replacement losing all hopes on the delivery guy.Just when the customer care person called me for the schedule for replacement the delivery guy just came and said that he had bought the missing part. Finally got the missing part and placed in order for the the appointment of assembly service of the product.About the productThe product comes in a shipment of V packages. Be sure that you get all the five packages while delivery and nothing goes missing.Every part of the bed is required to be assembled. The board is of particle board. The dead is short in height.They seemed to have used MDF board only on the part of the bed where we put the mattress. This makes the bed strong and durable.It has 2 box storages and rest half of the bed is hydraulic storage. The hydraulic works great.The entire assembly service my take about one full hour as only one person would come for the assembly service.This is a must go option for all those were seeking modern beds which storage facilities as well as a good price option.

This the box bed for name sake. The bottom of the bed is so weak that I am doubt that it can hold even 5- 10 kg of weight and there is a space in all sides of the bottom plate. Any insect or lizerd can enter in the box easily from this space and the material kept in the box can easily be spoiled. Thetefore, there is no point to keep anything in the box. I can't expect such a bad quality products from Amazon, yes, this is Amazon brand solimo bed. All the money spent in the name of Amazon gone waste. I am so disappointed. The installation service promissed by the Amazon was also like a hell. The bed got delivered on 9th Aug 2024 and installation got scheduled for 10th Aug but nobody contacted & there was no response for my calls. Then it got rescheduled for 12th, then again for 14th & 16th respectively. On 16th I requested to return the product but Amazon customer care gave me amother option to get it installed by myself & Amazon will pay back the amount paid by me otherwise Amazon will complete the installation by 21st August. It was again a problem for me to look around a skilled carpenter to get it installed. Finally, today on 17th I found a person who installed the bed but during installation, I came to know that one support arm is missing. Now I have to raise this issue with the Amazon, let's see what will happen. I will update my review in future according to the Amazon's response.

One Star less due to Delivery Agents marking my locality as closed due to COVID-19 without attemping delivery and as they had to carry upstairs + Foot-side design with sharp edges.Pros:1.Space Saving Design,2.Hydraulic storage(women can handle easily),3.Fits upto 8 inch height matress,4.Amazon brand,5.Adequately sturdy,6.More storage available under the head-side without hydraulics,7.Assembled by expert technicians(Good).8.Pricing is good. (Infact, how much time would any one spend in their bedroom).Cons:1.Delivery Agents don't deliver upstairs unless otherwise you mention "UPSTAIRS" in the del. Address and that strictly no man power can be provided from customer side in the delivery instructions while ordering. Better to order POD following above feedback and if they don't deliver upstairs, you can send the product back.(They don't give exact time when they will deliver. If customer arranges his own then the labour have to sit idle all day thru. waiting for the Del. Agent which means one day wages for two labours. This will impact the final price and purchase decision. Amazon needs to look into this).2.The foot-side edges will obviously hurt your feet, each time you use this cot. Luckily I ordered PEPS Spine Guard 8 Inch mattress and find safe to use.3.Material is MDF and need to take care not to get soaked.4.You can't clean the floor below as there is no gap and too heavy once assembled and extremely heavy with a 8 inch spring mattress on it.(After assembling if you try keep moving the cot the bolted joints may crack the board and give way).Always take care your cot and matress height put together not to exceed 24 inches max. from floor.PEPS Company did not have 78 inch(Length) Spine Guard matress. They had only 75 inch (Length) as their standard.So, I custom ordered matress direct from factory and bought at a discounted price + 2 (FREE) PEPS Standard Size memory foam Pillows, Upstairs door del. for Rs.32,467.00 (GST Bill, All inclusive).The pillows on the pics here are WakeFit Standard size microfibre pillows.Verdict:1.Iam 5.5ft and feel 5 inch height matress (Medium Soft) is more than enough, considering price of this cot.(If you have enough space around the cot, it will be comfortable rather than each and every time being conscious of your foot not getting hurt if you buy 5 to 6 inch matress. You can put a microfibre comforter and cover the edges).2.Quality reasonable at this price. A Rubber Wood 78 x 72 King Size with Hydraulic storage (custom) may cost atleast 35k in the market.***** GO FOR IT. *****Thanks fot reading thru.
