Can't comment on battery life or longevity as yet, but easy to install.Immediate improvement in performance "felt and seen"...... And what an improvement !!The old battery must have been going downhill for sometime before its virtual failure.We were close to throwing machine away, so glad we didn't.Delivery was very prompt and fitting took a couple of minutes MAX - if you're trying to make up your mind : stop dithering and do it !!

I use this in conjunction with the Dyson wall mount - it frequently doesn't make contact with the connector when in the mounting, doesn't work well on boost as it constantly cuts in and out, where the same issue is not present with a genuine Dyson battery.Battery doesn't last as long as the originalI would not recommend this item

Have had this for a short time battery not fully charging, gets quite hot when on charge unable to trust leaving switched on overnight, so fitted a timer switch to come on for an hour in the morning & an hour in the evening

Initially seemed great, log life and no problems but then occasionally wouldn't charge or needed put back on the charger to reset. After 6 months it failed completely, pulses on off and dies after a few mins.I've tried in a 2nd device and it does the same, battery from 2nd device works in my dyson so def battery.

Battery was easy to install and although it is only 3 weeks since purchase it is working great and appears to last longer than Dyson original for half the price

This battery is still running well after ~3 months. My last cheaper replacement battery (a different supplier) failed after 3 months.

So far so good! Third battery life be had in my Dyson so fingers crossed for more than six months out of this one!
