Artlife Sports has excelent customer service. They reached out to me to replace the broken water bottle. The new one has shown durability compared to the previous one.

I love this water bottle. It said it would over a month to get here but I received it within 2 weeks. We’ve had it for 3 weeks now and it’s great! It is definitely not a full half gallon BUT for $13, it’s still the big water bottle I needed. The only thing I can say about the lid is you have to click it real tight so it doesn’t come undone. I’ve ran mine throug the dishwasher without any issues, not sure what happened to other reviewers....mine is awesome. I bought the green one.

The soft cover looks really cool and also protects it really well. Size of the water bottle a game changer for me staying hydrated. Does exactly what I bought it for, just having this Art Life Sports has made me start to drink so much more water than I didn’t before having it. It’s easy to carry around with you, it looks good and it does the job. Had a few people ask me where I got it from and how much was it and they have gone on to get their own since.

Very disappointed in this product. I ordered it because it is advertised as 2.2liters but when I received the product it was only 1.3. Not big enough for what I wanted. Not sure if I was sent wrong product. But it’s going back.

I loved the bottle and the size. Except that after only a few months of use, the lid broke :(There aren't any replacement lids to be found either. I'm bummed that they don't offer replacement lids.

I loved the bottle until the cap broke and there's no point in using it without a proper lid. No replacement available.

The bottle was nice while it lasted. Unfortunately within a couple of months the cap on the lid had already broken, but the bottle was still usable. Then about a month later the bottle split down the side and wasn't salvageable. I was disappointed in the overall quality and would not recommend purchasing this if you are looking for a durable product for everyday use.

Not as advertised. This is definitely not 2.2 liters. More like 1 at best. Very disappointed. Returned it.
