Buyer Beware!
Terrible printer. It has a solid physical build, but the electronics are so terrible it's not worth the trouble. The hotend is also a mismatch of parts. There is not a usb port so using with a pc or octopi is not possible. No heated bed despite description leading to believe there is one. Now screen goes blank after starting print and is completely unresponsive until reset. NO SUPPORT AT ALL FROM MANUFACTURER.

Good printer for cheap
I got it all setup using the video on YouTube, the included assembly manual, and pictures from the other reviewers but it doesn't print anything and there is no operation manual. I try to use the auto level feature and the machine gets stuck trying to raise the axises. When I try to print something that's already on the SD card it does not show stl files, only gcode and if I print a gcode file the fan turns on and the counter starts counting but that's all it does. No print??? I can't even ask a question on here. All I can do is leave a review so I will change my review once I get some help.*Edit*I guess there was something wrong with Amazon but I was able to contact the seller and message them personally and they were quick to respond and had no problem trying to resolve my issues. In the end I figured it out and I am printing as we speak. I think my SD card may have been corrupt because the software did not work so I went to Walmart and bought a new SD card and I also noticed that my file names had spaces in them so just in case I replaced the spaces with dashes and voila! It prints now! Not sure which one was the problem but it was probably both... Four stars because customer service is genuine and the machine prints well at such a low price. I took away a star because it is difficult to assemble for someone who has never dealt with a 3d printer before. Both the video and instructions are missing some things and the wires are not exactly labeled the same way as the wiring diagram but with a little trial and error and common sense I was able to put it together, print, and now I couldn't be happier 😁👍

Great for first timer!
The media could not be loaded. For a first timer I am very pleased with this printerPros:Fairly easy to put together, all tools were includedEasy to useVery sturdy, no cheap partsGreat customer supportSeems to print intricate designs very wellCons:The setup videos go very fast so I had to pause and rewind often, but truthfully I would have probably had to do that no matter how long it was.Initially the sd card was not working correctly after contacting support they figured it out quickly and had me reformat the card and it was fine after.

Never recieved any help
print quality is OKAY, no idea what version of gcode im supposed to be using and have not found the info anywhere, and again, the week after my return period was up the price dropped... frustrating.it prints well enough for the new price of $145, but if you paid $175+ and you feel ripped off like me, im sorry. the included PLA was dry and brittle out of the package, so make sure you have your own.pros:high price to quality ratioassembles.... easily, if you watch the video.cons:assembly is nearly impossible without the videoleveling bed is difficultpre-assembled parts are poorly assembledfeeder gear loosens from motor, quits feeding and ruins printslittle information onlinefew reviewspoor quality/no user guide

My new go-to recommendation for a 3D printer. Headache free!
First off, wow.I'm shocked by how far desktop printers have come in terms of bang-for-your-buck.This is my third 3D printer but it's the first one I've had to assemble entirely. The printer comes with a booklet with pictures and labels for everything which made assembly a breeze. The included SD card also has digital versions of the notes and instructions that go into more depth so be sure to check those!Once assembled it is SOLID. there's no weird flexing going on and thus there's no odd artifacts on the prints. I love that it has an easy to remove glass bed, I'm used to having to buy the glass bed with other printers but it's included with this printer as standard and it's very sturdy. No weird office supply clips. All my prints stick super well to the bed. I haven't had any adhesion issues.I've been printing a lot and haven't had any weird clogs or under extrusion which is a nice change from the usual I deal with other printers. This printer doesn't dissapoint and even less so with the incredible deal that it is. I may have to consider getting a second one.

Power supply and sd card
I knew I was taking a chance. After putting it together and turning it on, I thought I heard a pop from the power supply. Then I heard another 5 minutes later. I immediately turned it off and decided to buy a power supply instead of dealing with the hassle of returning it. Then I ran into another problem that others ran into: the sample files on the sd card would print but my files wouldn't. Once I used a different sd card, everything was good.
