Best Hand Gripper Exerciser and Strengthener Top Fitness Hand Grips Exercise Equipment for Increasing Hand Wrist Forearm and Finger Strength Sport Training Hand Gripper Resistance and Gym Hand Rehabilitation

I bought this for my father in law, who unfortunately, just sits around all day, due to just plain old age. The 10-15 walk per day is just not enough exercise for him. Well, I got this, thinking that while he is sitting around, he can at least exercise his arm muscles. I didn't know if he was going to like it or use it, but he is and he loves it!!! I tried it too and it has a pretty good resistance. I can tell that he feels like he is accomplishing something by exercising his arm. I want to get this now for everyone I know that is aging who really need to strengthen their muscle for bone protection, etc. I am sure it works great for the normal use, for us younger people (especially guys) that want to build their lower arm muscle, but wow! I had no idea it would work so well for my father in law! Now, if I can just find something like for his legs...:)

Wanted to test out the quality of this product for at least 2 weeks before making my review. Here is my findings... I used it about an hour a day for 2 weeks, I changed the settings to change the resistance for the last 2 weeks. I have to tell you that I am very happy with my purchase. It held up my abuse of using it constantly. I like the materials that is made from, it's sturdy and will hold up for a long time. Recommend this to anybody that is looking for a good Hand Grip.

Very low quality. After about a week of use the orange cap fell off and would never stay on afterwards. After another month of use, averaging 100 pulls/day on a low setting, about 1/4 of the maximum force, the metal guide that holds the screw which slides to adjust tension broke. A piece of metal came off, ending the life of this tool. The metal they used is of the cheap variety, you've got to save money on something! Otherwise how do you make an inexpensive product? Once again, you get what you pay for. I threw it out as I couldn't get to the manufacturer and wasn't going to waist any more of my time.Summary: the product is - JUNK.

After using this quite frequently. The rubber wears off the handles and it makes a squeak, snappy sound.Other than that it performs exactly like it was designed.

It is a quality piece of equipment. The only problem I have with it is, because I have a small hand it is difficult to get a starting grip.

I used this product at a little over half tension for a month before it broke. The rubber on the handle was already peeling. Ergonomically, it felt like a great product, but unfortunately it did not stand up to regular use.
