Good flavor
The flavor was great with halibut. Also, I didn't realize when I bought this, but it has a magnet on the bottom so you can conveniently stick it to the fridge.

Nice addition
This spice added a lot of flavor to Coq au Vin that I made in the crock pot. I think the lemon and the strawberry flavors gave a little extra to the usual poultry seasonings. It didn't taste dried. It actually tasted fresh. I will use this in a lot of recipes.
