Hot and not stylish, but a tolerable necessity.
After weeks and weeks of treatment at a Wound Care Clinic for edema so bad I couldn't wear shoes or even socks, they finally got me compressed to the point that I could graduate from bandage wraps to compression socks. I was nervous about the 20-30 mmHg because I'd worn 15-20 before and really, really didn't like the way they cut into my calves at the top. But, I got the wide calf version and they work great. They do roll down and tend to make a tournequet at the top, but if I just fold down the cuff, they stay in place nicely. Best of all, my edema stays under control and my legs and feet hurt a lot less.

Too wide
Great product but didn't realize I was ordering a larger calf size than normal. Jobst are the best though.

By far the best I've found.
I've been through all the brands on the market and these are by far the best I've found.

Comfortable stocking
I have just barely healed ulcers on my legs and due to Diabetes, blood pressure problems and bad veins the doctor said I need to wear compression stockings. These are not horrible to put on - very comfortable once in place.. I found I probably don't need the full calf - my measurements were at the top of the large and bottom of the full calf. So I have both sizes. These were toeless, my oher pair have toes, I prefer the toes but that is just a personal preference having worn both.
