This case is great if your using insulin pens that needed to remain cold during your travels. What I like best is the small gell-packs that are inserted into their own packets and secured. The pens are inserted on the opposite side of that pack. They definitely stay at the right temps but I've only taken short 8hr trips so far. Not sure how long they actually stay cold yet. I'd definitely recommend these to my family and friends or anyone needing such an item.

Yes, this is a very sturdy insulin case and yes it comes with ice packs. My issue with it is that its larger than I expected and for some reason (I don't know if mines defective or not) the zipper cover is sewn into the zipper itself. This means that to zip and unzip this case you are pulling it over the zipper cover which makes it very difficult. I got this cause the zipper on my old case broke and I'm not sure how long this one will last.

Opening and closing the item is a pain. Zipper works with difficulty. Have pulled the tab used to move the zipper off several times. Not particularly overwhelmed with this product.

Good quality, durable construction, but my insulin doesn't stay cool for a long time. Other products lasted longer.

It doesn't keep the item cold for 8 maybe 4-5 hours.

It keeps the right temperature, is small, discreet and everything fits perfectly.
