I am very happy with this purchase. As a service tech I am often working in dark basements or crawl spaces and This light does very well lighting up my work area. I also like it’s compact size which makes getting everything I need in the first trip much easier. The battery seems to last pretty well I can make it through a workday without it dying which I would estimate at 4 to 5 hours of intermittent use and I can carry an extra battery for it which is a big plus. Typically I charge it overnight and I’m good to go all day. I actually bought this as a back up to my Dewalt 20 V floodlight but because of the weight savings I find myself using it all the time in fact I will probably be buying another one soon. Is it as bright? No but I can often get it where I need it because of the magnetic base so I feel just as effective

Now sure of the integrity of the product because I have only had it for a short time but, man.... I really like this light. The magnetic is just the right strength and the light is well bright enough. I like how you can switch the light settings to a large viewing area to a more concentrated pin point view. Wish it had a battery strength indicator and I had to buy a USB to wall outlet for the charge cable. Just cant see me charging the battery through my laptop, but...overall, this light has helped out a ton in seeing darkened areas with not having to have a light source in my one hand.

Compact, versatile and bright, this mighty little light is the end of the line for many of my other flashlights and worklights. Having already saved me the time and frustration of either having to hold, position or prop a normal flashlight or worklight in just the right position in preparation for a task, this light has already paid for itself. I am able to quickly and easily attach and position the work light enabling me to have both of my hands free. I used the light to illuminate the inside of my air conditioning unit (pictured) which had filled with water due to a clogged condensation drain hose. I also attached the light to the back of my refrigerator to illuminate the area with the compressor and coils in order to repair a broken fan blade. Finally, other lights I have used for auto repairs and maintenance have been challenging to say the least. Having a magnetic base and a hook from which this light can hang in a relatively small space is going to make automotive tasks both easier and quicker.NOTE: While the magnet is strong, the type, shape and condition of the material to which the magnet is attached will determine the holding power. Don't expect the flashlight (or any magnet for all that matters) to hold well to a 0.1mm thick piece of composite sheet metal.This light is a clear reflection of many hours of thought invested to create a design that addresses a number of applications where other lights have fallen short. While no light can address every application to perfection, this is without a doubt a light that I will use frequently and would not hesitate to order again.UPDATE +6 Months LaterAfter six months of ownership, I can honestly say this mighty little light really IS my go-to light. I keep it attached to the inside of my standing tool chest in the garage. I use this light almost every time I work on the cars. As for inside the house, while we have a few other flashlights, invariably I find myself retrieving this one from the garage.

Was looking for a shop light that was rechargeable. This one is perfect as it has an easily replaceable 18650 battery. Just make sure + is up and - is down as it is not marked on the housing. I have already used this a few times to work on the car, under and around the dash and it is perfect for placing up in the little voids to provide light where it is needed. The magnet base is also pretty strong and useful. It comes with a "hook" that is just a clip on a key ring that is stuck to the magnetic base; it's not that useful. The size is small which is great as it doesn't take up much space or add a lot of weight to my tool bag. I would definitely not hesitate to pick up another one if the need arises. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought one of this January 2019 to work on a my car on a engine swap. Good magnet. Holds strong on flat surface. Concave or very greasy+cake dirt surfaces, not so much but still hold. Impress with battery long life 6 hours. I like it so much that I order a second one for around the house. Feb 2019. Been using this for all kinds of stuff including my new hobby, welding and photography.During the blackout in NA California 10/8/19, again, very useful. Decide to buy my third one. Unfortunately, that one had to be returned. The USB charging port will not charge unless you push the USB connector up to make contact. Tried to work it out but in the end, returned! Fast refund.I will probably order again. Probably a defect of 1 or 2 out of 100 batch they made. Still recommended.

Bought this for when I need light when working. Actually really convenient because very small yet bright. It has a few settings and is super handy. I am surprised how often I have used to paint, look inside small spaces, even vacuum after putting up wallpaper!! I keep it in my portable tool bag and grab when I need it. I have not had to recharge it yet, so cannot comment on battery life.
