Update, we got the same weird bottle as a replacement so unfortunately we are returning both, still giving it a 3 star because the original one was amazing but these next 2 are just a little weird and don't smell right.----‐------------------------------So the reason why I am doing a 3 star right now is because of the second bottle,----‐------------------------------The first bottle was amazing my wife had been looking up different brands and could not find anything that would. It make her feel nauseous or if she found one that she could tolerate it didn't have everything she needed. Finally she saw this and decided to give it a try and I will say that she loved it!! Didn't make her feel sick and it had everything in her checklist!----‐------------------------------That bottle was running out sonj ordered another one and it came a day earlier than intended perfect right?! But right away when she took it out she noticed the printing was off and I took a look and did notice several differences, but we thought maybe they updated the look? So she opened it and when she smelled it it smelled just like fish no mint like the first bottle. She did not want to try it because if we did receive the fakes we don't want to risk her getting sick.----‐------------------------------Thanks for reading this rant they are sending a replacement bottle depending on what we get ill update this review! Also I'll attach pictures.

I bought these because I was using Smarty Pants gummies but I was preparing for a GD diagnosis (ended up being negative). I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients. In practice, I cannot recommend these. The odor is atrocious and makes me gag every time ... they are the normal fishy prenatal smell + mint + fruit. If they are going to scent these things they should stick with just mint. I am currently burping fishy, and I don't even do that with my fish oil pill (taken at different time of day). On top of that, I got constipated almost immediately after starting these. The iron is supposed to be in an easy to digest form, but I am incredibly bound up. Since my RBC was OK, my OBGYN gave me the A OK to cease taking them and go back to my iron-free gummies.

I started taking these prenatal vitamins in January of this year (2020) during my third pregnancy.Pros:-This is just my personal experience, but I feel like these vitamins significantly reduced my risk of postpartum depression by meeting my body's nutritional needs. I HAD A BABY IN 2020 AND I'M NOT DEPRESSED. Wow, right?-Methylated versions of important vitamins like b12 and methylated folate so that they are more easily absorbed and utilized by the body- NO synthetic colors, flavors, or preservatives-Easy to swallow and keep down. I was very sick the first trimester, but still found these vitamins easy to keep in my stomach. (I took mine at night with a full glass of water. I found that if I didn't drink a full glass of water I would burp peppermint all night.) I have NO issues with weird aftertastes or burping now that I'm taking these while breastfeeding.-Compared to the prenatal vitamins I took during my first two pregnancies, I feel that these were much easier to swallow (not a giant horse pill) and did not leave me burping up fishy tastes esp if I took the pills at bedtime.-Peppermint soothes the stomach so I do feel like these may have helped with nausea a tiny bit. Electrolyte drinks helped me the most.Cons:-PriceOverall, I love these vitamins. I feel like I can tell that they are helping me meet my body's nutritional needs. With other prenatal vitamins I felt like I was taking them just because I was told to do so. Not with these. I am very happy with the quality. I only wish the price was more affordable bc I usually go through a bottle every month.

These vitamins have among the best nutritional profile I can find, but the smell is terrible...on another level. I don't think these should have been approved. Prior to these I was taking a prenatal and a separate fish oil, and the fish oil pill had barely any smell. These, on the other hand, knock you over the second you open the lid. Really disappointing. I hope they improve this formula.

I’ve been using these prenatal vitamins every day for two weeks, so I wanted to write a review now. These are my absolute favorite prenatal vitamins I’ve tried! I follow the directions and take them in the morning as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach, with a sip of water. I’ve experienced no fishy aftertaste or burps, and the minty flavor is refreshing but not overwhelming. They’re easy to swallow and I bought them especially because they have folate (not folic acid), and Omega 3’s already in them too. Overall extremely happy with my purchase!
