Buy these coz they're Guided, 3 prone gold plated, sturdy connectors
I have been wiring networks here and there for many years, and just finally figured these out thanks to whoever invented these, these just made wiring and basically life easier, and just gives you no chance to make any mistakes on wiring. Consistent fail on pins 4 and 5 (update to 5 starts)
I’ve put on many rj45 connectors and these consistently fail... well about every 5th one works.. pins 4 and 5 are the problems. I don’t recommend.Update 4/12/19: Amazon seems to have lost my update to the review of this item. Customer service was great. They contacted me and sent me another batch of RJ45 connectors and they work great. I highly recommend this seller.

Good connectors
I thought I could use my stardard crimper on feed through connectors and trim by hand. Wrong! In order for the connectors to seat properly in its recepticle, the wires must be trimmed flush with the body of the connector. See picture of not being trimed enough.

Very difficult for Cat6 shielded
These connectors do come with load bars, no guides, and can barely fit 8 conductors of a Cat 6 shielded wire. Also the color code for T568B is actually T568A

DO NOT BUY! DAMAGES Ethernet jacks!!
These are poorly designed connectors!The dimensions are too large to fit into normal Ethernet ports.The connectors force the pins of the receiving port to lose their spring ability and make the port UN-usable.As I write this review I am using my damaged laptop with a USB to Ethernet adapter so that I can connect to the internet again! I have no Idea whet they were thinking making the dimensions too large. This should never have happened.A shielded jack with pass through wire assembly is a great idea. Their implementation is a total failure!!

Why so cheap, coz really bad quality!!
These cat6 connectors are terrible and I won't buy it again. Impossible to use. The fact that one must have the wires perfectly straight is counter productive to what they were supposed to do. I had too many of these fail. Never again. Don't waste your money.

Defective&Bad
I wish it worked, but it's frustrating.10 out of 10 of the cables I made with these connectors failed connection tests！Not all pins were completely depressed, or went crooked, making an unusable connection. You are going to lost so much time and money! Won't buy it again.
