Buildershop UK 20mm Plum Slate Chippings Bulk Bag

I've finally just had this delivered after taking days off work when they don't turn up or get in touch, then just randomly turn up on a day that they 'don't deliver', only to discover that they had the wrong address (the right postcode but what use is that really..?).It does state in the description that you need to have suitable access, but having had large deliveries like this before I didn't think it would be an issue that I have a small (as in tiny!) incline to get into my drive. One delivery guy turned up and rather than try to get his lorry in the drive decided to manually get the pallet in or rather abandon it on the road outside my drive. As I live in a cul-de-sac at the turning point that wasn't an option so I finally managed to persuade him to try to get the pallet just inside my drive, so now it's half in half out. I'm now getting told that my slabs probably aren't big enough even if he could get his lorry in (not that he even tried). Utterly shambolic!I have to say the product looks great and Buildershop have been great throughout all this, but Palletway who were delivering are a complete shower of idiots - from not writing the order down initially, to the wrong address, wrong contact number, not contacting me at all when they were originally meant to deliver, to not answering their phones when I tried to contact them, to just turning up at the weekend when they don't deliver and then quite clearly thinking that he was doing someone a favour and it was a bit too much like hard work. I'm really wishing I hadn't accepted delivery as this is going to cause grief for all my neighbours for some time.These problems won't occur if you don't get delivery from Dundee and have an entirely level drive that you could land a plane on!
